✈️ ATL Airport UX

Design solutions to improve the UX of locationally-challenged travelers
Introduction
This User-Centered Design Methods course project was conducted in collaboration with the ATL Hartsfield-Jackson Airport's UX team. With our assigned persona (locationally-challenged travelers), we conducted user research at the airport to understand how we might improve the way-finding experience of our persona.
MY ROLE
I contributed to the overall design process and worked on user research, interview guide development, user interviews, and on-site interviews.
Furthermore, I collaborated with my teammates to synthesize research findings to produce user-centered solutions.
PROJECT SCOPE
A team of four Industrial Design students (Teammates: Rebekah Ressler, Jerry Zhang, Simon Zhang). 6 Weeks
TOOLS
Figma, Google Forms, Procreate, Ethnography, User Research Frameworks
Future Considerations
User-Testing the Solutions

We really appreciated the opportunity to work with a sponsor and present our ideas to the ATL Airport UX team. If we were to further flesh out this project, it would be awesome to user-test our solutions and learn how our users would actually interact with our proposed solutions.
